Terms of service

You may use Critical Path only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding access to it, and ensuring that workspace content and instructions you provide are accurate and authorized.

When you connect Google, Microsoft, or another provider, you authorize Critical Path to perform only the actions covered by the permissions presented during consent. You may disconnect or revoke that authorization at any time. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing answers, proposed task changes, meeting notes, and suggested actions. Critical Path may require an explicit confirmation before a task command is applied; you must not use linked messaging access to act outside your authority.

You may add QuadrantWorks only to meetings you are authorized to record or transcribe. You are responsible for notifying every participant and obtaining all consent required by applicable law, contract, and workplace policy. Do not use the feature for covert surveillance, protected communications, or meetings where recording is prohibited. Provider availability and participant controls may prevent or stop capture.

Free provides the core Critical Path task workflow. Focus and Pro are planned paid subscriptions on the web and through Apple; neither checkout is open yet. An eligible first-time subscriber may be offered a seven-day trial. The available plan, trial eligibility, price, taxes, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. For an Apple purchase, Apple's displayed subscription terms apply. Cancel an Apple subscription in Apple subscription settings; deleting Critical Path or your Critical Path account does not cancel it. Web subscription terms will be presented when web checkout becomes available.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send unlawful or abusive communications, introduce malicious code, or use Critical Path to violate another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Critical Path the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

We work to keep Critical Path reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. Features may depend on connected providers, networks, and other systems outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Quadrant Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact us with questions using the address on this page.
