What to know
The Meta business number is connected and its signed inbound webhook and session reply have been tested. An individual must still link their number with a one-time code before task commands are available. Business-initiated automated reminders remain unavailable until Meta approves the utility template and confirms billing readiness. A saved payment card alone does not establish that readiness. Session replies to a recent incoming message are a separate capability. Workspace changes from a linked number require explicit confirmation.
Do this
- 1. Check Settings → Connections for the WhatsApp status and its current reminder readiness.
- 2. Open Quadrant AI and consent to linking with a number you control.
- 3. Send the one-time LINK code to the published business number.
- 4. Use STOP at any time to revoke the link; wait for the approved template and Meta billing readiness before relying on automated reminders.
