Restrict sensitive actions
Limit a task to named workspace members.

What to know
Restricted actions remain in the same workspace but are visible only to the owner, workspace administrators, and explicitly allowed members. Use restriction for sensitive work; do not use titles or tags as a security boundary.
Do this
- 1. Open the action details.
- 2. Set access to Restricted.
- 3. Choose the allowed members.
- 4. Verify access using a non-admin test account before relying on it.
