Reset your password

Open /forgot-password and enter the email address you use to sign in. If that address has a Critical Path account, you will receive a single-use reset link. Open it within 30 minutes, choose a new password of at least 12 characters, and sign in again. The reset signs out your other devices. Support cannot read or change your password.

1. 1. Open /forgot-password and enter your Critical Path sign-in email.
2. 2. Check that inbox and its spam or quarantine folder for the reset message.
3. 3. Open the link within 30 minutes and choose a new password of at least 12 characters.
4. 4. Return to sign in with the new password; request a new link if the old one expired.
